These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IPGRAM Learn, an educational platform operated by Turnip Innovations Private Limited ("we", "our", or "Company").
By enrolling in a course or accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
Important: Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, including limitations on our liability and dispute resolution procedures.

IPGRAM Learn provides email-based courses on innovation, intellectual property (IP), and entrepreneurial thinking. Our courses are designed for organizational learning and are delivered through daily email modules, assessments, and digital certificates.
To use IPGRAM Learn, you must:

IPGRAM Learn uses a passwordless authentication system. You access courses and quizzes using a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account.
When you enroll in a course:
Note: Unsubscribing from course emails may prevent you from completing the course and receiving certificates.
Most courses are available through organizational subscriptions. Your organization determines which courses are available to you and may require you to use your corporate email address for verification. Your organization's administrator will have access to your course progress, quiz scores, and certificates.
You must provide accurate information (name, email) during enrollment. Certificates are issued based on this information and cannot be changed after issuance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts with fraudulent or inaccurate information.
Courses are delivered via daily email modules. Email delivery depends on third-party services (SendGrid) and your email provider. While we strive for reliable delivery, we cannot guarantee that every email will reach your inbox. Please check your spam/junk folder regularly.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of course materials. Course content is for educational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue courses at any time without prior notice. If a course is discontinued mid-enrollment, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative completion options or notify affected learners.
Upon successful course completion and passing the quiz, you will receive:
Certificates are issued electronically and sent to your registered email. We do not provide physical certificates.
All certificates are publicly verifiable using their unique certificate ID. Anyone can verify a certificate's authenticity on our platform. The verification page displays the recipient's name, course name, completion date, and quiz score. By accepting a certificate, you consent to this public verification.
We reserve the right to revoke certificates if we discover academic dishonesty, fraudulent enrollment, or violations of these Terms. Revoked certificates will be marked as invalid in our verification system.
All courses on IPGRAM Learn are free for individual learners under organizational subscriptions. You do not need to pay any fees to enroll in or complete courses. Your organization pays for the subscription, and you benefit from free access to all available courses.
Note for Organizations: Organizational subscription pricing and terms are governed by separate agreements between the organization and IPGRAM Learn.
You agree to use IPGRAM Learn responsibly and lawfully. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Consequences: Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access, certificate revocation, and notification to your organizational administrator. We may also pursue legal action for severe violations.
All content, materials, features, and functionality on IPGRAM Learn (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course content, software, and design) are owned by Turnip Innovation Private Limited or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
"IPGRAM Learn", "IPGRAM", and related logos are trademarks of Turnip Innovations Private Limited. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of any original content you create (e.g., quiz responses, feedback). By submitting content to IPGRAM Learn, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

IPGRAM Learn is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Course content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, business, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for specific advice related to intellectual property, innovation strategy, or business decisions.
Completion of courses and certificates do not guarantee employment, promotion, academic credit, or professional recognition. Certificates represent completion of our educational program but may not be recognized by other institutions or employers.
We rely on third-party services (email delivery, cloud hosting) which may experience downtime or technical issues. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third parties, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of IPGRAM Learn shall not exceed INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand only).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Turnip Innovations Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
You may stop using IPGRAM Learn at any time by unsubscribing from course emails or contacting us to request account deletion at courses@turnipinno.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to IPGRAM Learn immediately, without prior notice, if you:
Upon termination, your right to access course content will cease immediately. Certificates already issued will remain valid and publicly verifiable (unless revoked for cause). Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will:
Your continued use of IPGRAM Learn after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of IPGRAM Learn shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Turnip Innovations Private Limited regarding IPGRAM Learn and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, internet or telecommunications failures, or government actions.
