This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which subscriptions, enrolments, and services may be cancelled on IPGRAM Learn, operated by Turnip Innovations Private Limited ("we", "our", or "IPGRAM Learn").

Our Approach: We believe in flexibility and fairness. We understand that plans change, and we aim to make the cancellation process as straightforward as possible while being transparent about any implications.

Cancellation by Individual Learners

Free for Learners — No Financial Implications

Since all courses are free for individual learners under organizational subscriptions, cancelling your enrolment does not involve any financial transaction or refund.

Course Enrolment Cancellation

Individual learners may request to cancel their enrolment in a course at any time by contacting their organisation administrator or emailing us directly.

What happens: Course email delivery will be stopped. Any progress made (modules received, quiz attempts) will be retained in our records but will no longer be accessible.

Re-enrolment

If you cancel a course enrolment and wish to re-enrol later, this is subject to the course still being available under your organisation's subscription and at the discretion of your organisation administrator. Previous progress may not be carried forward.

Cancellation by Organisations

Organisations that hold paid subscriptions with IPGRAM Learn may request cancellation under the following terms:

1. Cancellation Before Service Activation

If the organisation requests cancellation before the subscription has been activated and no course delivery has commenced, a full refund will be provided.

2. Cancellation Within 7 Days of Activation

Organisations may cancel within 7 days of subscription activation. If less than 30% of the total course modules have been delivered across all enrolled learners, a full refund will be provided. If more than 30% has been delivered, a pro-rata refund will be calculated for the unused portion.

3. Cancellation After 7 Days

After 7 days from activation, cancellation requests will be processed, but refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the subscription, subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. Mid-Subscription Cancellation

For annual or long-term subscriptions cancelled mid-term, the refund (if applicable) will account for: services already rendered, certificates already issued, custom development work completed, and the remaining subscription period.

Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation of an organisational subscription, the following will occur:

Services Stopped

  • Course email delivery will cease for all enrolled learners
  • Access to pending quizzes and assessments will be revoked
  • No new enrolments will be accepted
  • Organisation admin portal access will be deactivated

What's Retained

  • Certificates already issued remain valid and verifiable
  • Certificate verification links will continue to work
  • Learner data will be retained as per our Privacy Policy
  • Assessment records and scores will be preserved

How to Request Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

Send a cancellation request

Email us at courses@turnipinno.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request — [Organization Name]".

Include required information

Organisation name, subscription/invoice ID, authorised signatory name and designation, reason for cancellation, and preferred effective date.

Confirmation

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and provide a detailed summary of implications, including any applicable refund amount.

Processing

Cancellation will be effective within 5 business days of receiving your confirmation to proceed. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

Cancellation by IPGRAM Learn

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of Terms: Breach of our Terms & Conditions, including academic dishonesty or misuse of the platform
  • Non-Payment: Failure to make agreed-upon payments within the stipulated timeframe (for organisational subscriptions)
  • Fraudulent Activity: Any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity associated with the account
  • Force Majeure: Events beyond our reasonable control that prevent us from delivering services

In cases where we initiate cancellation due to reasons other than violation of terms or fraud, a pro-rata refund will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription.

Cooling-Off Period

In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, organisations are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of subscription activation. During this period, cancellation with a full refund is available, provided that less than 30% of the subscribed services have been delivered.

Governing Law

This Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
