Our Refund Commitment

At IPGRAM Learn, we strive for complete transparency in all financial matters. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed for services provided by Turnip Innovations Private Limited ("we", "our", or "IPGRAM Learn").

Free for Individual Learners

All courses on IPGRAM Learn are free for individual learners enrolled through organizational subscriptions. Since individual learners do not make any payments, this refund policy primarily applies to organizations that hold paid subscriptions with us.

Applicability

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to IPGRAM Learn, including but not limited to:

  • Organizational subscription fees
  • Custom course development charges
  • Any other paid services availed from IPGRAM Learn

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:

1. Service Not Delivered

If you have made a payment and the subscribed services have not been activated or delivered within 7 business days from the date of payment confirmation, you are eligible for a full refund.

2. Duplicate Payment

If you have been charged more than once for the same service due to a technical or processing error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.

3. Overcharge

If you have been charged an amount exceeding the agreed-upon fee, the excess amount will be refunded.

4. Service Unavailability

If IPGRAM Learn is unable to provide the subscribed service due to reasons within our control and the issue is not resolved within 15 business days of being reported, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after services have been activated and course delivery has commenced
  • Failure to utilise the subscription during the active subscription period
  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions leading to account suspension or termination
  • Non-completion of courses or assessments by enrolled learners
  • Dissatisfaction with course content after substantial consumption (more than 30% of course modules delivered)
  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control, including internet connectivity issues on the learner's end

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

Send an email

Write to us at courses@turnipinno.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Organization Name]".

Include required details

Organization name, subscription/invoice ID, date of payment, amount paid, and the reason for the refund request.

Acknowledgment

We will acknowledge your refund request within 48 hours of receiving it.

Review & Resolution

Our team will review your request and communicate the decision within 7 business days.

Refund Timeline

Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may vary and could take an additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only. For international payments, the refund amount may vary due to currency conversion rates and bank charges, which are beyond our control.

Refund Request Window

Important: Refund requests must be raised within 30 days from the date of payment. Requests received after this period will not be entertained unless there are exceptional circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Partial Refunds

In cases where services have been partially delivered, a pro-rata refund may be issued based on the unused portion of the subscription. The calculation will consider:

  • Number of days remaining in the subscription period
  • Number of courses or modules already delivered
  • Certificates already generated for enrolled learners
  • Any custom development work already completed

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues amicably and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in suspension of services pending resolution.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Any disputes arising out of this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
