Course modules are delivered via email to the registered email address of each enrolled learner. Modules are sent on a scheduled basis (typically daily) as per the course structure. Delivery is powered by SendGrid (Twilio) for reliable email delivery.
Assessments are conducted through our web-based quiz platform. Learners receive access links via email upon completion of the requisite course modules. Quizzes are timed and must be completed online.
Digital certificates (PDF and PNG formats) are generated automatically upon successful completion of a course and its assessment. Certificates are delivered via email and are publicly verifiable through our certificate verification page using a unique certificate ID.
Upon successful payment processing, organizational subscriptions are activated digitally. Access credentials and onboarding instructions are sent to the designated organisation administrator via email.
